The Royal Oak Square is something slightly off the beaten path, especially in a market with a hyper-focus on the original classic RO. The reference 6005BA, notably the first Royal Oak to incorporate a quartz movement, was made for a brief period from 1980 to 1985, making it rare. This watch is further distinguished by the presence of a Khanjar dagger on its Petite Tapisserie dial, signifying it as a special order by the Sultan of Oman, known to be one of the most prolific collector and giver of important watches.

The 32x41mm case is in great condition as is the integrated steel bracelet that will fit a wrist size up to 18.5cm. The dial is a RO classic grey petit tapisserie example that has a white Khanjar beneath the applied AP logo at 12 and the full signature and quartz in the lower half. The watch has a cool function where the minute hand is set by a pusher in the crown ! The quartz movement has been fully checked by our watchmaker and a new battery fitted.
